We do not have a storefront at this location.  We are a family owned and operated business, therefore, we do not have set office hours.  We do operate on Eastern Standard Time.  The best time to reach us is Mon-Fri. 9:00am - 4:00pm.  In the event no one is able to take your call, we will return any phone messages as soon as possible if you get a voice message system.

Shipping Method

Standard Shipping in the 48 contiguous United States is via UPS.  Valid UPS delivery address is required.

 If you would like us to use US Mail, please call or email the order with your address and phone number.  We will call you to get your payment information.

Our Shipping rates are based on weight of the product and the zip code of your shipping address.  As you add product or remove product from the shopping cart, the rate changes. We do not mark up our shipping rates, the rate provided to you is the rate we are charged.  If you are unable to get the rate quote area to work properly, email us your order and zip code and we can email back the shipping rate.

*There is a base rate with UPS shipping.  Therefore, the shipping cost difference between one item and two items is minimal.  To get the most value with shipping, we suggest ordering more than one item, unless you are ordering a multi-item product.

**Attention Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO Residents, please ask us about rates to your state by USPS.

***We try to ship the orders out within two or three business days.

Return/Refund Policy

We hope you enjoy our Gourmet Popcorn.  In the event you need to make a return, we will outline our refund policy. There is no refund for shipping cost and you are responsible for the return shipping.  We do not refund any opened product.  In the event you have trouble with a nonfood product, please contact the manufacturer of that product.

Answers to your Questions

1.  The best way to store the unpopped popcorn is in an air tight container, in a dry, cool place.  The best way to store popped popcorn is in a plastic tight sealed container.
2.  The best oil to use is actually a personal preference.  We have found our popcorn to pop the same in all oils.
3.  The Gourmet Popcorn category of popcorns all pop in an air popper.  The Specialty Gourmet Popcorn category of popcorns does not always pop in an air popper, but sometimes they do.
4.  Hulless Popcorn means it has less of a hull than most popcorn.  All popcorn has a hull, which is the seed coat of the popcorn.  While all our popcorn has less of a hull than the traditional yellow found in the regular grocery stores, our hulless popcorn has virtually no hull left after popping.  It is smaller popcorn with a small thin hull.  Virtually all of it disintegrates while popping, leaving no hull, or very little hull left to stick in your teeth and it is easier to digest.
