There is no refund for shipping cost and you are responsible for the return shipping.  We do not refund any opened product.  In the event you have trouble with a nonfood product, please contact the manufacturer of that product.
There may be a 10% restocking fee, as we have fees charged to us for credit card returns and intitial credit card charges.
